• You may inspect your order in the presence of the delivery representative upon delivery.
• Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, before the delivery representative leaves.
• Once the delivery representative leaves, returns will no longer be accepted. Exchanges will only be available.
• For any exchange request, please contact us through our Instagram page or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Once the 24-hour period has passed, exchange requests will not be accepted.
